Refund policy
Refunds and Cancellation Requests
Joker and the Thief does not provide refunds once an order is placed, or if an order is placed by mistake. We do not accept or accomodate cancellation and refund requests.
Returns
Joker and the Thief offers credit in the form of a digital gift card or one-time discount code for the exchange of any items that are still in sealed, new, and undamaged condition that are purchased on www.jokerandthethief.com within 30 days of the original order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the sealed, original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for any reason not due to our error does not qualify for a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and Joker and the Thief is not responsible for any costs associated with the delivery of a replacement package.

Got the Wrong Item?
While we do our very best to make sure your package is packed correctly, mistakes can happen. If you believe you have received the wrong item, please email us at hello@jokerandthethief.com and provide us with an image of the item received and your order number. DO NOT open any items that you believe are incorrect. An opened item, even if incorrectly mailed/received, may be rejected for exchange or credit.
Damaged Items in Your Order?
While we do our very best to pack every single order safely, securely and sufficiently to handle the transit to you, in some rare cases, damage can occur to items in your order, due to various reasons. In the event of this occurring, we apologise for the inconvenience that may have been caused and urge you to let us know of the damage as soon as possible. A damage claim must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package. Please submit your order number and pictures of the damaged items and its packaging to hello@jokerandthethief.com
Any damage caused by you or by negligence on behalf of your postal service, may result in Joker and the Thief reserving the right to refuse sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Claims made after 7 days of receiving your package will not be considered for reimbursement or replacement. Do not discard or open the damaged item. You may be asked to return the item/s prior to receiving a replacement or refund.
