Shipping policy

When you place your order at Joker and the Thief, you will receive an order confirmation email indicating that your order has been received. From there, you will soon receive a shipping confirmation email that confirms that your order has been picked, packed and is ready to be sent. Within this email will be tracking information for your convenience. Please note, that depending on where you live in the world, you may receive tracking information that is limited. This is not within our control as certain countries and mailing services that receive your package may have limited tracking capabilities.
We strive to make sure that your packages are sent by the most efficient routes possible - safely, securely and reliably. 
Please see below the list of countries that provide varying levels of tracking support from our warehouse to your doorstep:

Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States.

Countries With Limited Tracking

Finland, Gibraltar, Iceland, Ireland, Norway, Romania, Slovenia.
If your country is not listed here, it means that tracking is not supported by our carriers in alignment with your country’s postal service and their policies.
 
The customer will take responsibility for any additional charges associated with rejected packages, including orders that are returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses, or unclaimed packages. Any and all custom fees incurred from imported goods are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their submitted address is correct at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly, it is not Joker and the Thief’s responsibility for that package’s delivery and the fees associated with having that package rerouted to the the desired address, if applicable. If a package is delivered to the incorrect address, it is not Joker and the Thief’s responsibility to mail a replacement. We recommend not to mail to an address that is temporary, or may become temporary, as shipping times can vary. Any fees, or a replacement will be at the customer’s expense. 
We do our very best to have packages picked, packed and shipped within 1 business day. However, sometimes it is possible that large influxes of orders during the holiday season or when a large project is being fulfilled, that it can take up to 2-4 business days to process, package and ship orders. Other reasons may include, but are not limited to, if a product is on back order, or is available for pre-order. In these specific cases, it will be stated on the product page of the item that you are attempting to purchase.
Please take all of this information into account when placing your order and allow a generous amount of time to receive your package prior to the date you actually need it by. We cannot guarantee that any order placed will arrive by a specific date. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your order, we are always happy to help. Packages that are Lost or Stolen

As soon as order have been despatched and have left our shipping facility, Joker and the Thief cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address. We recommend contacting your local post office or carrier for assistance if you are having trouble tracking your package within the destination country. If a replacement is shipped to you, Joker and the Thief reserves the right to ship that new package via any shipping method available. 

Cancelled Orders

In the unlikely event of a cancelled order, we will contact you immediately with an explanation. Reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to; shortage of materials or stock, or suspicion of fraud. Joker and the Thief reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time.
